The guys at BBQ Farm got bored and started their own competition team. How long are you going to hang around with the other teams?
The competition's artillery consists of barrels, or barrel smokers, and reliable Dreamfire® ceramic grills. The team includes Meelis Oi, alias Ribi, and farmer Andrus.
The team is young, but their strengths include determination and precision. Their weakest point is brisket, which neither member likes, making it quite difficult to guess the right winning dish. But what can you do, it's the fourth and royal cut of meat that you have to make at every KCBS* competition.
You have to learn!
Thanks to winning first place in the Vienna rib competition, the team also earned a ticket to the master class competition in the US. And thanks to the bureaucrats' blunders, it turned out that the results of the Vienna competition had been accidentally confirmed for the sister team Dreamfire BBQ Team, and de jure, BBQ Farm Team lost the right to participate. Oh well, we'll just have to try again.

*KCBS, or the Kansas City Barbeque Society, is the "football association" of the BBQ world – they set the rules and keep the competitions fair. KCBS is the world's largest organization that organizes and regulates BBQ competitions. They create and administer international barbecue competition rules and train official BBQ judges. KCBS focuses on American-style "low & slow" barbeque, evaluating the appearance, taste, and texture of the meat. The organization brings together both professional teams and enthusiasts from around the world. Official website https://www.kcbs.us/
