Cutting up pork carcass making sausages, and quick grilling (vol 1)

Training for true meat lovers!

Let's start from the beginning – we take a pork carcass and, under the guidance of professionals, cut it into suitable pieces.

On site, we prepare some of the pork into grilled products, including sausages, which we cook right away. The highlight of the day is tasting our homemade products.

We season the remaining meat, vacuum pack it, and distribute it among the hard-working participants. If there is a vol. 2, we salt the meat so that we can make delicious smoked meat from it the next day.
